Trim the underline to enhance the feathering lines by using straight scissors and then smoothing the edges with your thinning scissors.

 Trim the bib in a curve downwards to blend in with the body coat once again using your straight scissors and blending with the thinning scissors.

Shape the feathering in a curve with the angle of the hindquarters so that it is above the paw and not touching the ground.
